Heat exchangers, perhaps the most pervasive heat-transfer devices in existence, are found in many everyday systems. For example, a forced-air furnace for heating a house has a heat exchanger that transfers heat from the burning fuel to circulating air. Refrigerators have two heat exchangers, the evaporator to remove heat from the food inside the unit, and the condenser to reject that heat to the surroundings. Automobiles are equipped with a heat exchanger, mistakenly termed a radiator, in the front of the engine compartment that transfers heat from the engine coolant to the surrounding air. Mammalian biological systems have complex heat exchangers consisting of the lugs, circulatory system, and skin. Industrial uses of heat exchangers include chemical processing, heating and air conditioning, oil refining, power production, waste heat recovery, manufacturing, and electronics cooling.

The aim of this thesis is to design and analyse a single-sided linear induction motor (SLIM) for educational purposes. The main goal of this thesis is to create a simple functional linear induction motor, rather than a highly complex and costly one. The efficiency of these designs created will be carefully examined while using various materials for the rotor (reaction plate), and 3-phase winding in the stator. Many important parameters will be taken in account to enable a relationship between the force produced with these parameters. The experimental measured force is then compared to the calculated theoretical force. Any discrepancies between the values will be justified for.

 Description of automation problem

Color inspection for a new order which the client give to the factory as a part of component have that color and the client want the same color with the same degree.

This is... a big problem to the factory according to many times of try and error to make the color like it and with the same degree.

Control requirements

The automation solution is to design an automation system which can analyze any given color and make it from the basic colors.

The individual color compositions are selected via a recipe display which includes all parameters.

If a recipe or parameter is changed, this change will be documented in a modification logbook (audit trail file). This enables to subsequently determine which person processing made this change and possible wrong fillings can be verified. This ensures that a quality inspection of the generated products is achieved which is as integrated as possible. Different production requirements make it necessary that all recipes (color compositions) are centrally stored on a separate storage medium or PC / server and that they can be called individually.

New color compositions are mixed in the production development and integrated into the running process as and when required.

According to the parameter sets, which are transferred to the controller via the HMI operator panel, the controller processes the values and transfers them to the corresponding valves, drives, Level, etc.

Control requirements

HMI requirements:

1-The HMI is to be realized by a Touch screen.

2-Color inspection and analysis and converted to recipe done automatic by the machine.

2-Option to change all recipe parameters

3-Writing the data records into the controller

4-Reading the data records from the controller

5-Exporting data records

6-Importing data records

7-Adding new data records

8-Deleting existing data records

9-Display of the current process progress (displaying the representation of the filling process).

والنقطة (3) على الرصيف الايمن للطريق الذى ينصف الحديقة الرئسية امام مبنى علوم اساسية والنقطة (4) على نفس الرصيف فى الركن من جهة كلية الاداب .

ثانيا: تم عمل مضلع التفصيلية ( اختيار عدة نقاط حول معمل اختبار المواد وهو يتكون من أربعة نقاط ) .
